About Wellness Workshop

Our 6-week online program allows students to explore the different ways in which to stay healthy and active during college. The course will cover basics such as diet, exercise, physical and mental illness, sleep, and time management.

Since this course can be done anywhere at anytime, students have the flexibility to participate during the school year, summer vacation, or school breaks. Activities take no more than 5 hours/week.

Aria is a third year student studying computer science and cognitive science at UVA. She is interested in product design and artificial intelligence. In her free time, she loves to dance, try new foods, and craft!

Nadine is a fourth year studying Neuroscience at UVA. She is interested in medicine and learning new skills. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her Instant Pot.

Megan is a second year studying computer science at UVA. She enjoys learning and working on projects, but also makes room for free time while at school.
Her hobbies include drawing, playing the violin, and video editing.
