We realize that staying healthy in college can be a struggle. Maintaining that balance on top of school, extracurriculars, and social life is difficult, and we understand that. Our course will guide you through everything from maintaining a healthy diet to time management so that you have the tools to succeed in work, health, and life.
Throughout the program, we will provide several videos. These videos will be short and interactive.
You will have access to several articles and supplemental activities.
Each day, you will keep track of your mental and physical health. You can use this to track your improvement over the course.
You will be have a daily meditation exercise to kick start your day. Studies suggest that this could fix health problems and promote healthy behaviors.
Each week, you will complete a personalized challenge related to each section of the course. You will also be able to participate in team competitions.
You will have have access to a health and fitness expert and will be provided with one-on-one check-ins.
